First you will need to open PayPal Business Account. See PayPal for info. After you have setup your PayPal account, follow these steps.
1) Login into your PayPal account. 2) Click on the Profile tab near top right. 3) Under Selling Preferences, click on Website Payment Preferences. 4) Make the following settings:
Auto Return: On
Return URL: Copy the Paypal Return URL from the skinAsite Site Info database (under the Setup section) and paste it into this field.
Payment Data Transfer: On
Block Non-encrypted Website Payment: Off
PayPal Account Optional: On
Contact Telephone: Off
5) Click the Save button.
The PDT Token will then appear in a yellow box. (Also if you click on Payment Preferences again, the Identity Token will be under PDT option.)
6) Copy this Token and paste it into the PDT Token field on the skinAsite Site Info page.
