The Site Info database is the first database you need to complete. It contains meta tags used by search engines and info needed for the PayPal store and Downloads page. If you are not going to sell any items or downloads, leave these fields blank.
The Customer Service email should be an active address that is setup in your hosting account. If you use an email address that is not setup in your hosting account, the messages may not send out (if your host has setting restrictions).
