Design Notes are for information about skins. They can contain information like: credits, additional design info, tips, info about the skin, image sizes, etc.
Before saving your design as a skin, it is recommended to put information about the design into the Design Notes database, and save it along with the skin.
Design Notes will not display anywhere on your website.
