You are still seeing the pages in your browser's cache instead of the new files on the server.
Most of the time you can just click your browser's refresh button to see the changes (this is after adding new images or text).
If you have made changes to colors, border sizes, margins, etc. you may need to hold your Ctrl key down while clicking the refresh button.
If you still do not see changes, empty your browser's cache files, then click refresh. (Go to your browser's Tools in the menubar and delete your cache files then click your Refresh button).
