Use this database to select the pages that you want the Subscribe To Newsletter box to display on.
Use the Align and Margins to set the left/right position of the box in the Content Area, and the space above and below the box.(The Align and Margins do not effect the Entrance Page.)
The Entrance page does not display in a box. It only displays the header, the email field, and the button.
If you do not want to use the newsletter, uncheck all the boxes so it will not display on any pages.
