This can be used to backup (or save) your databases to your local computer for safe keeping.
Although it is highly unlikely that the database on the server would get corrupted, it is advised to download databases that contain alot of information that would be difficult to replace (like the schedule database for instance, or the Journal if you keep a long journal).
Do not open the databases after downloading them to your computer. This could possibly corrupt the database.
To restore a database from your backup file, click the Upload Database button. Then click the Browse button and select the database file on your computer, and click Upload Now.
If you upload a database it will overwrite your current database on the server.
Note: The Images, Backgrounds, and Photo Gallery databases are not available for download.
